Remote Support via 

Streaming Package

Remote Support - $30
  • Includes XSplit setup with your justin.tv/twitch.tv account for broadcasting.
  • For console streaming, you will need to have either a black magic card or a Hauppauge HDPVR.
  • For streaming games on the PC, DxTory is recommended but not required.
  • This package does NOT include setup of recording settings for other software (DxTory, Fraps, etc.) And also only covers either console or pc game streaming. You will have to purchase 2 packages to have both configured.

Recording Package

Remote Support - $30
  • Includes setup and tutorial for DxTory, Fraps, Playclaw or whatever you want to record with.
  • Also includes render setting configuration of sony vegas, premiere pro, or whatever editing software you have.

General Support

$60/hr with 15 minute minimum. 
  • Virus Removal (Includes optional remote connection checkup within 7 days after service is completed at no extra charge!)
  • Software installation
  • Best Effort Software Support (I will work with you on any software problems you are having with your computer, keep in mind this is best effort support.)

Flat Rate Services:
System Tune-Up - $40
  • Optimizes your computer to only run what it needs to, increasing performance.
  • Includes installation of computer cleaning and maintenance software if you do not already have one.
