  • What do you mean "you do everything"?
I mean exactly that. I've been a tinkerer my entire life and I've slowly built up experience with a huge library of software (Office, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, you name it) as well as having both serviced and built computers from boxes of parts. However I do have a services page if you have a more standard request like virus/malware removal, etc. As well as a packages page should you wish to purchase several hours at once at a discounted rate.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept cash or cheque as well as all major credit cards through Intuit GoPayment. I also accept paypal if you are so inclined (but these have nasty fees so only use them if you absolutely have to, please :D)

  • How do I get connected with you for remote support?

  • I don't live in the lower mainland. Can you still help me manage my social media accounts or any of your other custom packages?
Absolutely! We can communicate via skype or whatever works for you. 

  • I live in _____ and I want you to come out and network my house, fix my printer and make me coffee. Do I have to pay for you to travel here?
On-site service has a 1 hour minimum to cover fuel expenses. View the services page for more information.
